"email only" or "email + SMS".
This choice will determine who pays for any SMS sent to or received by group members.

You send a free email to each member.
Individual Group Members can choose to receive a copy of each email as an SMS / Text Message - charged to their account.

Each email sent will automatically have a copy sent by SMS / Text message - charged to your account.
For each individual message, Account Administrators and Group Leaders can choose to send "email only"
at the time of message sending.
