From your home page click 'Send SMS'
By default it will open with Groups that you own, or are registered as Account Admin or Group Leader
Owner and Administrators can also click Individual (from address book), Manual or Personal Reminder
Select the Group(s) you want to send to
Click 'Send to selected group(s)
Enter your message in the 'Message Content' box - counter will count characters and messages
You may select any of the following optional settings:
Date of message - if you do not change the date, message will be sent today
Time of message - if you do not change the time, message will be sent at 9am on the date you have selected
If you do not change date or time, message will be sent immediately
If you selected 'allow quiet time' when setting up group, messages may be delayed until after individuals Quiet Time
Repeat - you can repeat the message every day, week, month or year
Template - Choose from a saved message (you can also save the current message as a new template
Who Pays - default is set when you set up each group. If 'who pays' = Group Member, you can override this
SenderID - default is GroupID, but you can select your UserID, AccountID or your personal Mobile Number
If you select Mobile Number as SenderID it will appear to recipient as coming from your mobile and they can reply
Deselect individual users - who you decide should not receive this individual message
