Setting Up Accounts / Groups

Setting up a personal Account
All users must first set up a free personal account. Information required: Country,
First & Last Name, Mobile / Cell number, email address + choose a UserID eg
AnnJones1 (not case sensitive).
Setting up personal Groups
Registered users can set up 3 free groups of 6 members each. Just click the 'Add Group'
Button and choose your own GroupID eg AJonesFam1 or AJCarShare (see types of ID below).
Company, Club or Organisation Account
Registered users can set up any number of larger groups for clubs, schools companies,
charities etc. Choose an Account Name and AccountID (You can log in to all accounts
your create with your personal UserID and password).
Setting up Company, Club or Organisation Groups
Exactly the same as adding groups to your personal account.

Private Groups - email
Sending Group email is always free.
Email Only Messages
If you set up your group as 'Email Only' members of your group will receive your
messages free by email. They can choose to receive each message by SMS / Text Message
(in addition to the email), charged to their Personal Account.
Email + SMS - who pays?
If you set up your group as 'Email + SMS', your account pays for an SMS / Text Message
in addition to the free Email. At the time you send the Message Group Leaders or
Administrators can select 'Email Only' - for that message.
Company, Club or Organisation Groups - email only
If you set up groups as 'email only' there is a small annual account charge, depending
on numbers of members in your groups.

Group Membership

Members join via web
Joining your group via the web gives users maximum control of their membership of groups.
You add members via the web
If you manually add members via your group admin page, members will receive an email / SMS
or both with a web link to confirm and control membership.
Members join via SMS
Members can join groups via SMS eg 'join MyGroup1'. They will receive an SMS with a link
to control membership or add credit if required.
